Rigatoni With Shrimp And Feta Cheese(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    3 (14 to 16 oz.) cans plum tomatoes and juice, chopped coarsely
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 lb. rigatoni
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese
Preparation
    In a kettle, cook onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until softened.
    Add wine and boil mixture for 1 minute.
    Stir in tomatoes with juice, 1 tablespoon parsley, basil, oregano and salt.
    Simmer mixture 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened somewhat.
    Add shrimp and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are just firm.
