60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and place milk, sugar, salt and shortening in saucepan and heat until lukewarm.
    Add yeast and flour.
    Mix well and cover.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Shape into rolls with well greased hands.
    Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
