Cheese Toasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. milk
    1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 English muffins
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Combine cheese, mayonnaise, milk, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
    Mix well.
    Toast English muffins until crisp in a toaster.
    Brown bacon in skillet and drain off fat.
    Crumble bacon.
    Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture on each half slice of muffin.
    Cut each slice into 4 wedges.
    Sprinkle on bacon.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 16 Cheese Toasties.
