Nestle Quik Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. Nestle Quik

Preparation

Sift flour, salt and soda together.
Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil together.
Mix in buttermilk.
Mix dry ingredients and milk mixture alternately together.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan lightly greased and floured.
