Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. diagonally sliced green onions
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 c. cooked medium white rice
    3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In large, heavy skillet or wok, cook chicken, onions and mushrooms in oil over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are golden.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes longer, until heated through and well blended. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
