Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Stir peanuts, sugar, syrups and salt together in deep bowl. Cook on High 4 minutes.
    Stir candy so all sugar is mixed and continue cooking on High 3 more minutes.
    Add butter and vanilla to syrup, blending well.
    Cook on High 1 to 3 minutes.
    Add soda and stir until light and foamy.
    Pour immediately onto lightly buttered surface, spreading it out.
    Cool and break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
    If roasted, salted peanuts are used, don't salt and add peanuts after first 4 minutes of cooking.
