Apple Crisp Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large apples
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Peel, core and cube apples.
Place in shallow rectangular baking dish.
Spread with half the sugar.
Combine remaining sugar, flour, salt and pecans.
Cut butter into mixture with pastry blender until crumbly.
Spread over apples, pressing down over and around edges so topping completely covers apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve warm.
