Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 lemons
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Stir into milk the juice of 2 lemons and 2 egg yolks.
Pour into vanilla wafer crumb crust.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add vanilla and sugar.
Mix and pour over pie filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 just until meringue is browned.
Chill in refrigerator 2 hours.
