No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew meat
    4 cubed potatoes
    5 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Layer the first 5 ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Combine next 4 dry ingredients and sprinkle over layers.
    Pour V-8 juice over top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours. Don't peek!
