Simple Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. crabmeat
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan; add flour.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Add milk; cook until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients (except crumbs).
Mix well; pour into greased casserole dish or individual shells.
Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 4.
