Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. milk
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
chocolate syrup, (optional)
Preparation

Mix in medium bowl milk, egg and sugar until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Heat in a heavy skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Grease lightly.
Using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, pour batter into skillet in shape of heart and cook until bubbles appear on surface and edges are dry.
