Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
    Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until liquid is absorbed.
