Chicken `65' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
    4 Tbsp. each, ginger and garlic paste
    2 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. red food color
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Salt as needed
    1/2 cup yogurt
    Juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. oil
    5-6 green chilies
    10 curry leaves
Preparation
    Mix chicken with the next 8 ingredients.
    Marinate for 3 hours.
    Then deep-fry the chicken pieces.
    Reserve the marinade.
