Earth Apple Soup(Swiss Potato Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large potatoes
3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 large onion, diced
3 tsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk

Preparation

Dice and cook potatoes and spices.
Bring to a boil and simmer until very tender, then mash.
