Fay'S Make Ahead Cookie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
6 c. plain flour
Preparation

In a very large bowl, combine salt, butter and baking powder using an electric mixer to blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Do not scoop or sift flour. Add flour into butter mixture. Blend until mixture is like crumbs. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps up to 4 weeks. Makes 8 cups of mix.
