Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can solid pack white tuna
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1/2 c. each chopped celery and chopped onion
chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. cooked brown rice
1 small carrot, shredded
chopped pecans (optional)
about 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
Serve on a lettuce leaf with crackers or use as a sandwich filling.
