Grandma Libey'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs, soda and baking powder. Alternately add flour and milk to mixture.
Next, stir in bananas and vanilla; beat well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Ice with caramel icing.
