Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    salt, garlic, pepper and comino to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in frying pan. Add green chilies. Add cans of tomato sauce, sour cream, seasonings and 1/2 pound of cheese. (Use 1/2 of cheese in meat mixture; set other half aside.) Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Take tortillas and cover bottom of 13 x 15-inch pan. Add layer of meat, then another layer of tortillas and rest of meat. Take other half of cheese (grated) and put on top of meat mixture. Bake until cheese is melted for about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
