Instant Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. Alba '77 (any flavor)
    6 ice cubes
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    sweetener (if desired)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Pour into blender.
    Add all other ingredients and blend at high speed for 5 to 10 seconds. Pour into bowl and refrigerate for 5 minutes or longer.
