Edinberg Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oats
    2 c. any thickened fruit mixture (apples, peaches or berries)
Preparation
    Cream together oil and brown sugar.
    Add oats and flour. Divide this mixture in half.
    Press one half of the mixture on the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch square pan.
    Put in thickened fruit. Sprinkle the rest of the crumble mixture on top of the thickened fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
