unbaked pastry for 2-crust pie
1 (12 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
6 to 8 apples, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Roll half of pastry and fit into pie pan.
Mix concentrate, tapioca, spices, salt and apples.
Pour into unbaked crust.
Dot with butter.
Cover with remaining pie crust.
Make slits in top crust.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
