Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch)) unbaked pie crusts
    8 oz. bulk pork sausage or 6 strips cooked bacon
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 beaten eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. light cream or milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    These ingredients are enough for 2 pies.
