Chocolate Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate thoroughly.
    Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix together flour, soda and salt. Blend.
    Stir in nuts.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Drop rounded teaspoonful of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
