Tortellini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. heavy cream
    1 1/4 lb. tortellini, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Romano cheese
    6 sprigs parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Reduce cream to a sauce consistency.
    In a large skillet, combine tortellini and reduced cream and salt and pepper.
    Bring cream back to a boil and lower flame.
    Then add cheese and toss in pan until sauce coats tortellini.
