Kahlua - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 oz. instant coffee
1 pt. brandy or vodka
1 vanilla bean
Preparation

Boil water, sugar and coffee; stir until dissolved.
Cool. Add brandy or vodka and pour in 1/2 gallon jar.
Add vanilla bean. Age in cool dark place for 30 days.
Yields 1/2 gallon.
