Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless lean pork
2 onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. raw rice
2 Tbsp. mixed parsley, dill, thyme, salt and pepper
1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
24 cabbage leaves
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained (save juice)
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation

Cook onions in large skillet.
Add rice; cook until transparent.
Put in seasoning.
Add to pork in bowl.
Add water to make creamy.
Cut hard center out of cabbage; lie flat.
Place small amount on center of leaf and roll.
Line bottom of pan with sauerkraut.
Place cabbage rolls on top.
