Ingredients

1 can candied pineapple, diced
1 lb. dates, chopped
1 lb. cherries, diced
1 1/2 lb. white raisins
6 c. chopped pecans
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 3 tsp. milk
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 juice glass full of peach brandy
Preparation

Coat fruits, raisins and nuts with 1 cup flour.
Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks.
Add rest of flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop by teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Cool and place in airtight containers with paper towels between layers.
