Grandma Tessie'S Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
4 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk.
Add sugar, salt and butter.
Proof yeast.
When milk mixture is lukewarm, add yeast and beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour and mix well.
Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
Place in bowl, cover and let rise in warm area until double in bulk.
(Stick two fingers into dough, remove finger.
If depressions remain, dough is doubled). Punch down.
Place in refrigerator tightly covered.
After 24 hours, pinch off desired portion; shape into desired shape.
Place on greased pan.
Let rise several hours until doubled in bulk.
Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
Recipe may be doubled for a larger quantity.
Dough can be kept in refrigerator for a week.
