Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except eggs.
Fold in eggs.
Bake in unbaked pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Bake 45 more minutes, or until done, at 375\u00b0.
Can be made as a pudding by baking without crust in a baking dish.
