Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 large eggs
    3 c. apples, chopped fine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Stir in the apples and nuts with Wesson oil and eggs. Mixture will be thick.
    Mix well and spoon in a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cake is better day after.
