Cheesy Pasta Bake Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. small pasta shells
2 Tbsp. sweet cream butter
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic or 1 clove
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. 2% milk
4 oz. Cheddarella cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cube the various blocks of cheeses and set aside.
Pasta shells should be prepared al dente.
In a 2-quart saucepan, cook onion, garlic and butter briefly, then add flour, salt and pepper and continue to cook until bubbling.
Stir in milk and heat to boiling, then continue to boil (stirring constantly) for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add cheeses until all cubes are melted.
Place cooked shells into a 2-quart casserole dish and pour cheese sauce over it. Top with Parmesan cheese (and some breadcrumbs, if desired) and place into a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbling and light brown.
