Cheese And Cherry Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 jar cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese until creamy.
    Add 3 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar. Blend well.
    Place mixture into cupcake shells, filling them 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Mix 1 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
    When cupcakes are finished, spread the sour cream mixture on top of cupcakes while still hot, then add cherry pie filling.
    Makes about 15 cupcakes.
