Country Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. country sausage (hot)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large chopped onion
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle dry soup mix
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown first 4 ingredients in a skillet. Drain. Mix noodle soup and uncooked rice in 4 1/2 cups boiling water. Mix with first 4 ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
