Low-Fat Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) no-fat cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    egg substitute equal to 2 eggs
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Line 12 muffin pans.
    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup.
    Beat softened no-fat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; add eggs.
    Use mixer.
    Fill cupcake cups.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0. Cool.
    Serve with thawed berries.
