Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 oz.) jar poppy seed
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine poppy seed and milk in large bowl.
    Let stand at room temperature 3 to 4 hours.
    Let margarine and eggs warm to room temperature.
    Add sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and flour to poppy seed and milk.
    Beat 1 minute, scraping sides of bowl.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or less.
    Yield:
    1 loaf.
