Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk (equals 2/3 c.)
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large glass bowl, mix sugar, milk and butter.
    Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring 2 or 3 times. Microwave 3 minutes longer, stirring once.
    Stir in peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Spread in a buttered pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Cool, then refrigerate.
    Cut into squares when firm.
    Makes 3 pounds.
