Hassan'S Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    celery salt, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine
    these\tingredients in pan or bowl large enough to hold
    steak.
    Place steak in marinade and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours,
    turning
    occasionally.
    Makes porterhouse, T-bone, etc., \"mouthwatering good\" when cooked over coals.
