Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain and cool.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, soup and beaten eggs.
Add broccoli to cheese mixture and place in buttered baking dish.
Top with crackers and dot with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
