Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. corn meal
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
cayenne pepper or jalapeno pepper (if you want them hot)

Preparation

Mix well and fry in deep fryer. Serves 4.
