Chicken Base(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut into 1/2 inch pieces (about 1/2 lb. boneless)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole dish, combine chicken, celery, garlic and ginger.
    Cover with lid; microwave on High 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.
    Stir in broth and water.
    Cover; microwave on High 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
