Summer Squash Mess - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 summer squash
1 lb. mushrooms
1 large onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Peel and sliced squash.
Parboil for 15 minutes.
Drain.
Slice onion and mushrooms.
Saute in butter until limp.
Add the tomatoes and cheese.
Add all to squash and cover with buttered crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
