Golden Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Place casserole in baking pan.
    Pour very hot water into pan to a depth of about 1-inch.
    Bake until knife inserted 1-inch from edge of casserole comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.
    Center will be soft but will set.
    Makes 6 servings.
