Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and transfer to a 3-quart oblong baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 10.
