Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken cooked, deboned and drained
1 cup chicken broth
1 grated onion
1 bag Doritos
1 can rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese or 1 lb. sliced Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in small amount of margarine.
Add broth, rotel and soups.
Mix well.
