Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sour cream, soup, cheeses and onion into large bowl.
    Stir until mixed.
    Break apart any large clumps of hash browns while in package, then combine and stir into other ingredients.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch glass pan with a nonstick oil pan coating.
    Pour into pan and add diced margarine on top. Bake for 1 hour.
