Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb sausage
2 c celery, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp marjorim
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 c chopped parsley
1/2 c butter (melted)
chicken broth to moisten
1/4 c orange juice
8 c bread cubes
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet.
Drain, and retain grease.
Saute onions and celery in 2 Tbsp of grease until tender.
Mix bread cubes, browned sausage, onions, celery, all spices and orange juice.
Stir in the remaining grease.
Add chicken broth to moisten (1 to 2 small cans).
Place in a baking dish.
Pour the remaining butter over the dressing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
