Potato And Egg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 eggs
    3 to 4 potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    basil and parsley to taste
Preparation
    Peel, wash and dry potatoes to fill skillet, slightly layering.
    Cook sliced potatoes on a medium heat until brown and crispy.
    Beat the eggs.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Pour eggs over potatoes in skillet; cook until set.
    Turn the potatoes over to brown on the other side.
    Turn out of skillet; cut into serving pieces.
