Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and then cream them.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in ungreased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
