Pastitso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/8 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. American cheese
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. Feta or American cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add water and tomato paste. Cook macaroni; drain. Add margarine and cheese. Cook milk, 1/2 cup margarine, cornstarch and water until thick; cool. Beat eggs until yellow. Add seasonings and cheese. In 2-quart casserole, layer the meat, macaroni and sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
