Old Fashioned Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. plain flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water, butter, sugar and salt to a rolling boil in saucepan.
    Add flour all at once and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until thick and smooth (about 1 minute) staying away from the sides.
    Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg.
    Use a wooden spoon or electric mixer until paste is shiny and smooth.
    Drop tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Fill each cream puff with instant pudding, vanilla or chocolate.
